My father-in-law sadly passed away suddenly. My mother can't attend the funeral since she lives out of state. She was hoping to at least send a flower arrangement to my wife's family to offer her condolences. I saw on Google that Didi's was the only flower shop with an easy to navigate website, so I sent my mother Didi's website. Yesterday (Wednesday) evening, at around 6pm, she was able to easily place an order, and schedule a delivery for today (Thursday), in the morning at 11am. I was skeptical if that was enough time, but Didi's delivered my mother's order before 10:30am! The flower arrangement was incredible, amazing, and looked much more impressive than on the website, which is very rare to experience. We were all very impressed with the speed, the quality, and the miraculous experience. I strongly recommend, and I will most definitely use them again!

VERY dissapointed with this shop. I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my mom's day care for her 90th birthday celebration. I requested the delivery by 11:00am and wrote the reason why I wanted this delivery at this time. When the flowers were not delivered by 11:30am, I called them. They made an excuse that "they were so busy" but promised to deliver by 12:00pm. The celebration ended at 12:30pm and NO DELIVERY!!! I called to cancel the order and I was told they would refund my money. Two hours later someone called me and said they made the delivery at 12:39 and that my family was there and happy with the flowers. This was a lie. I saw most of my siblings leave with me at 12:30. They did not refund my purchase either. I paid over $200 for this arrangement and provided a nice tip. Never doing business with these people again. My husband has spent thousands of dollars buying me flowers here. That will stop too.

I received an arrangement for Valentine's Day and 4 days later, on Tuesday, they all began to wilt. By Wednesday, they were pretty much all dead. I have never had an arrangement die so quickly. These flowers were not fresh, as they didn't even drink their water. I called the flower shop on Tuesday and i was transferred to an assistant florist who then gave me Alma's number. I called her and didn't get an answer. I tried her again on Wednesday, but she did not answer. She called me late in the evening around 8:30pm. Then she sent me a text message saying that because "I didn't reach out within 24-48 hrs, she was not able to help me. In her text she stated that since flowers are perishable and my arrangement is now 6 days old she was unable to offer a refund or return. If there was an issue when it was received, we would have been happy to address it within the first 24 to 48 hours." I called her again on Thursday to discuss the matter further but she did not respond. I would not recommend this flower shop. This is the first time my husband orders from here.
